TRAVEL & PASSPORT INFO

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! All guests (including children) will need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

DO I NEED A VISA OR TRAVEL FORM?
U.S. and Canadian citizens do not need a visa. However, you will need to complete a Mexican Tourist Card (FMM):

You’ll receive this on the plane or can fill it out online before your trip.

IMPORTANT: Keep the bottom half — you’ll need it to exit the country.

TRAVELING FROM BRAZIL?
Brazilian citizens do need a visa to enter Mexico, unless they already have a valid visa or permanent residency from the U.S., Canada, Japan, the U.K., or any Schengen Area country. If you don’t have one of those, you must apply for a Mexican visitor visa at a Mexican consulate in Brazil before traveling.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). The resort is located about 20–30 minutes from the airport.

DO I NEED TO ARRANGE TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESORT?
Yes. You can pre-book shared or private shuttle service when reserving your room through Destify. We recommend booking this when you reserve your room for a smooth arrival.

STAYING AT THE RESORT

DO I NEED TO STAY AT THE DREAMS RIVIERA CANCUN RESORT?
Yes — we kindly ask all wedding guests to book through Destify and stay at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa so we can enjoy the weekend together!

The resort has a 3-night minimum stay

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS FOR WHEN BOOKING MY STAY THROUGH DESTIFY?
Yes! Be sure to also check prices for the resort on the resort's official website or other travel sites like Expedia. If you find a lower price elsewhere, you can submit a price match request and Destify will match it. Just make sure to do this within 24 hours of booking to qualify.

CAN I BOOK MY FLIGHT THROUGH DESTIFY?
Yes! You can book your flights directly through Destify. If you choose to book your flights elsewhere, you can still add your flight details in Destify so your transportation can be arranged smoothly. You will just want to contact Destify Guest Services 90 days before your flight.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE ALL-INCLUSIVE STAY?

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP AND RESERVE MY ROOM?

Please RSVP and book your hotel deposit by January 30th, 2026.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required to reserve your stay

Final payment is due 65 days before your departure

Rooms are not being held in a block — so we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

CAN I BRING A GUEST TO THE WEDDING?
Due to limited space and planning, only the guests listed on your invitation are invited to the wedding events. However, you are welcome to bring other guests to enjoy the resort experience — they just won’t attend the wedding festivities.

IS THIS A FAMILY-FRIENDLY RESORT?
Yes! Dreams Riviera Cancun welcomes families. There is a supervised Explorer’s Club for children ages 3–12.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING?

Our dress code is Tropical Cocktail Attire — think vibrant colors, elevated beachwear, and festive island vibes!

Color tip: Think sunset tones, florals, and pops of color — don’t be afraid to go bold and beachy!
